    Emma W. ★★★★★

Bedtime got noticeably calmer once we started using it — the breathwork meditation is short enough that my son actually follows along instead of getting restless. He's three and the guided breathing has cut our wind-down from twenty minutes of stalling to about five.

    James ★★★★★

My daughter actually asks for the Sleep Stories at bedtime now instead of fighting it, which I never expected. The breathwork meditations are short enough that she stays with them, and I like that I can record my own voice on it too.

    Elizabeth ★★★★★

The breathwork meditations have become part of our bedtime routine — my son follows along with the breathing exercises without me even prompting him. I also recorded my own goodnight message on it, which he plays every single night now.
