The 75 minutes of ocean waves and that soft Antarctic breeze sound surprisingly real, and my daughter is usually out cold before it even fades. The glow is warm enough to keep the room cozy without being bright.

The penguin glows just enough to check on my daughter without waking her, and the Antarctic breeze track has her out in about ten minutes. Getting a full 75 minutes of music means I'm not sneaking back in to restart it.

The lapping waves track is what finally got my 3-year-old to stop fighting bedtime. It glows just bright enough to keep the room from being pitch black, and the 75 minutes is plenty of time for him to nod off.
