The kids were expecting the usual fairy tales and their faces when the wolf shows up in a different light were priceless. The dark humor and twisted endings keep them giggling every single time we play it, and the audio quality is crisp enough for them to follow along easily.
The narrator's deadpan delivery of these twisted fairy tales had me chuckling as much as the kids. The three little pigs getting their comeuppance is pure Roald Dahl genius, and the audio quality is crisp enough for bedtime listening.
