My 4-year-old asks for this one every single night now, and the Fairy Godmother scene gets her giggling every time. It clips onto her little Toniebox shelf easily, so she can swap it out herself without my help.
The narrator’s voice is warm and clear, and the retelling stays true to the classic fairy godmother moment at the ball. My kid asks to replay the royal ball scene three times in a row—it’s been on heavy rotation since it arrived.
The stepsisters' voices are a bit shrill, but the ball scene with the Fairy Godmother makes up for it. My daughter hums the music long after the story ends.
