We've been using this during our calm-down routine before bed, and my daughter now asks for "the yoga llama" by name. The four Stones of Happiness storyline keeps her engaged while she stretches, and I like that the guided poses are simple enough for her to follow on her own.
Didn't expect my 6-year-old to actually sit still, but the moment Sara started talking about the Stones of Happiness he was hooked. It's become our before-bed wind-down, and he's even doing the stretches along with her.
My kid has done the "four Stones of Happiness" journey three times in a row now, and the calming pace actually makes them settle down before bed instead of bouncing off the walls. Sara's voice is soothing enough that I don't mind hearing it on repeat, which says a lot.
