We play this during our bedtime wind-down and the two-hour ocean sounds are long enough that my daughter’s asleep before it loops. The white noise is steady and calming, not too wavy or distracting. It’s become a non-negotiable part of our routine now.
My toddler has been fighting naps lately, but this 120-minute track finally gets him to settle down. The penguin’s voice is soft and the ocean sound is layered nicely—not too repetitive, just enough variation to keep him listening without waking him up.
