The narration captures the exact rhythm of the book, and my two-year-old is already acting out the swishing and squelching parts before the page turns. It's the perfect length for a wind-down before bed, and the voices keep her engaged from start to finish.
The sound effects really sell it—my kids giggle every time the squelching mud part comes on. It's the perfect length for a car ride or winding down before bed, and they actually sit still for once.
My toddler’s been glued to this since it arrived—the kids' voices and that narrator really capture the squelchy mud and swishy grass perfectly. It’s the first Tonie we’ve gotten and the simple controls were easy enough for my three-year-old to start on her own.
