My 6-year-old actually asks for the meditation track after school now, which I never expected. The mindfulness exercises are short enough that he doesn't get restless, and I've caught myself listening along while folding laundry.
The guided breathing tracks have become our after-dinner wind-down ritual, and the audio quality is clear enough that even my toddler follows along with the calm voices. It’s a solid 12 minutes of peace I didn’t know I needed.
My kid actually sits still now—for real. The guided meditations are short enough to hold her attention, and I love that we can just pop the tonie on the box without any screen time before bed.
