My son falls asleep before the story even ends now, and that's a first. The narrator's voice is so gentle and calm that it sets the mood instantly.
The story about Sleepy Bear's trip from Grandma's house is just the right length for winding down, and my little one asks for it every single night now. The narration is gentle enough that I can actually hear him yawn before the Tonie finishes.
My kid actually stays put for the whole thing now, which is a miracle. The journey-home storyline is simple enough to follow at bedtime, and the warm tone of the narration does most of the calming work for me.
