The instrumental lullabies mixed with soft nature sounds are exactly what our bedtime routine needed — my daughter's out cold within ten minutes of pressing play. I actually leave it running a bit longer just for the meadow sounds.
My toddler used to fight bedtime, but now she asks for the sheep before she's even in pajamas. The nature sounds underneath the lullabies are subtle enough that they don't distract her, just sort of fade into the background.
The instrumental lullabies with nature sounds in the background work like a charm for wind-down time. We put it on after bath and my daughter's out before the sheep track even finishes.
