My daughter loves following Greta’s journey through the affirmations, and I’ve noticed she repeats the phrases to herself during tough moments. The audio quality is clear and the rainforest sounds really set a calming mood. It’s been a gentle way to start conversations about confidence with my 5-yea

We listen to this during our calm-down routine and my daughter actually repeats the affirmations back to me now. Greta’s gentle voice makes the confidence-building feel less like a lecture and more like a story, which is exactly what we needed.

My 5-year-old son has been struggling with shyness at school, and listening to Greta's story about finding confidence has genuinely sparked some great bedtime conversations with us. The narration is calming and the gentle pace makes it perfect for winding down before sleep.
