We've had this Tonie in rotation for three weeks now and my daughter keeps going back to the bit where Omar starts at his new school. It's a nice change from the music figures—she actually sits still and listens to the whole story.
My son asked to hear the part about Omar's first day at the new school over and over, and it's become our go-to for the ride home. The narrator's voice is warm and funny, which keeps my kid hooked the whole time.
We've listened to this on the Toniebox at least ten times since it arrived, and my daughter still giggles at Omar's imaginary antics. The whole moving-to-a-new-school storyline hit close to home for her, so it's become her go-to pick at bedtime.
