We play this every night during our wind-down routine and it's become the cue that sleep is coming. The traditional songs are slow and gentle enough that my 4-year-old is usually out before the last track.

My 2-year-old asks for this one specifically at bedtime now, and the traditional songs are familiar enough that I can sing along while tucking her in. Only wish it were longer, since we usually run through the whole thing twice before she's out.
